Stardust is a period-tracking app that allows users to track information about their menstrual cycles, ovulation, and fertility, among other reproductive health information.
The claims allege Stardust collected and shared users’ sensitive reproductive health information with third-party advertising and analytics companies without their consent.
Labaton Keller Sucharow is investigating claims on behalf of consumers who have used Stardust since January 1, 2023, and whose menstrual cycle, ovulation, fertility, or other reproductive health information may have been collected or shared without their permission.
