Law360 Names Labaton Keller Sucharow Legal Lions of the Week

In its weekly "Legal Lions" roundup, Law360 spotlighted Labaton Keller Sucharow's pivotal victory in In Re: Google Assistant Privacy Litigation. A federal judge in California ruled in favor of our clients, allowing their claims to proceed through individual arbitrations concerning alleged privacy violations tied to the audio recording practices of Google Assistant-enabled devices. The judge notably rejected Google’s attempt to prevent over 69,000 consumers from opting out of the class action to pursue their individual arbitration claims, marking a significant legal win in privacy protection.
