Did Perplexity share your private AI conversations with third-party marketing companies?

You may be entitled to up to $5,000 or up to $10,000.

  • You may qualify for this claim if you created a Perplexity account and used the chatbot on perplexity.ai.
  • Perplexity AI account holders who value their privacy should sign up.
  • All claims are backed by Labaton Keller Sucharow, a national law firm that has recouped over $30 Billion for people like you.

Perplexity AI operates a popular web-based artificial intelligence chatbot available through perplexity.ai.

According to a recently filed lawsuit, Perplexity embedded tracking technologies such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads on its website. These technologies allegedly captured and transmitted users' private communications, including AI prompts, chat conversations, email addresses, IP addresses, and other identifying information to Meta and Google without users' knowledge or consent.

Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP is investigating potential arbitration claims on behalf of individuals who created Perplexity AI accounts and used the chatbot while logged into those accounts on perplexity.ai.

If you have a Perplexity account or a Perplexity Pro subscription and used the chatbot on the website between 2022-2025, you may qualify to pursue an individual arbitration claim.
