Have you rented an RV, motorhome, trailer, or campervan through Outdoorsy?

You may be entitled to up to $500 or more, depending on your rental.

  • You may qualify for this claim if you have rented an RV (such as a motorhome, campervan, or trailer) on the Outdoorsy website.
  • Outdoorsy customers who value their consumer rights should sign up.
  • All claims are backed by Labaton Keller Sucharow, a national law firm that has recouped over $30 Billion for people like you.

Outdoorsy is a peer-to-peer RV rental marketplace that connects travelers with owners of recreational vehicles, including campervans trailers, airstreams, and motorhomes. In effect, it functions as an Airbnb-style platform for RV rentals.

This case alleges that Outdoorsy engaged in “drip pricing” by displaying only the base rental price at the start of the booking process, while withholding mandatory fees and other charges until the final stages of checkout.

We allege that these drip pricing practices violated state consumer protection laws that prohibit misleading price representations and deceptive acts in consumer transactions. If you rented an RV, campervan, trailer, or motorhome through Outdoorsy, you may be eligible for a consumer protection claim.
