Numerous states have gambling loss recovery statutes that provide a private right of action to individuals who lost money gambling to sue to recover the amount of money they lost. This means that consumers who have spent real money to access additional coins and gaming options on any of GCG’s online casinos have a civil claim to recover the money they lost on GCG’s casinos.
Labaton Keller Sucharow is representing clients in individual arbitration claims against GCG on behalf of users who lost money gambling on its online sweepstakes casinos.
