EveryDollar website or app user?

You may be entitled to up to $5,000.

  • You may qualify for this claim if you opened an EveryDollar account within the past three years.
  • EveryDollar users who value their privacy should sign up.
  • All claims are backed by Labaton Keller Sucharow, a national law firm that has recouped over $27 Billion for people like you.

Finicity is a software company that provides services to the EveryDollar app by linking users’ bank accounts to the app. Finicity engaged in deceptive practices by using fake login pages to impersonate a user’s bank. These pages display the bank’s logo and URL, misleading users into entering their bank account usernames and passwords into Finicity’s webpage.

Finicity monetized users’ sensitive banking information from the EveryDollar app by compiling and selling that information to third parties without the users’ consent. Numerous states have enacted anti-phishing laws to prohibit the deceptive procurement of financial account information, including credit and debit card numbers, through the internet.
