Xfinity Cable or Streaming User in Illinois?

You may be entitled to up to $5,000 or more.

  • You may qualify for this claim if, at any time since January 2023, you used Xfinity's voice commands while using its streaming or cable services.
  • Xfinity users who value their privacy should sign up.
  • All claims are backed by Labaton Keller Sucharow, a national law firm that has recouped over $30 Billion for people like you.

Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, doing business as Xfinity (“Xfinity”), is one of the nation's largest cable television providers. Xfinity is violating the privacy of users of its cable and streaming services by collecting biometric data through its voice recognition technology without first providing notice to users and obtaining their written consent.

We believe that Xfinity has violated the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (“BIPA”) by collecting users’ biometric data without first providing notice and obtaining written consent, which we intend to prove in arbitration.

Once I sign up, how does the process work?
